The price per day is valid for three persons maximum; add € 15 per day for any more person

How to book: 

Demanded an earnest equal to 30% of the total to confirmation of reservation; this amount is not returnable if the booking is cancelled. The deposit of the demanded advance payment is requested within 10 days from the reservation, otherwise the booking will be cancelled.

A caution money equal to € 100 is due at the arrival; it will be returned at the end of the stay.
