Location: Monsagrato, Province: Lucca
The flats are set in a typical Lucchesia village-house and situated along the provincial road which connects Lucca with Camaiore. It is a two-floor building there is a 3000 mq park, a large parking area, a beautiful garden and a 6x12 meter swimming-pool (open from the middle of may to the beginning of October), there are outside showers and a relazing zone with deck-chairs and umbrellas. All the floors are in tile country-stile, furnishings-gas heat. Restaurants and bars are near, about 600-700 ks from site. Shops, grocery stores and banks are near by about 2 km.

The country house village is in a strategic position; for those who want to enjoy, at the same time, the cities of art such as Lucca, Camaiore and Pietrasanta plus the beaches of Versilia, the summit of the Apuane Alps, the charming hills of the Lucchesia with it’s ancient villages which in the summer period offers many occasions to make acquaintance of the tradition and the typical products of the region. | By car | Take the Firenze-sea superhighway-exit Lucca. It’s easily reachable coming both from the north or from the south. After exit the Fata is about 10 kilometres. |
| By train | The stations of Lucca (axis Florence-Viareggio) and of Viareggio (axis Torin-Rome) many trains, local, national and international; bus services assure frequent connections to the village La Fata. |
| By flight | International airport of Pisa is near Lucca (a few kilometers) between the two towns Lucca-Pisa frequent trains from airport or busses (Lazzi). |
| By bus | In summer season bus services which connect Lucca-Viareggio with all principal Italian and European cities local buses (Clap, Lazzi) assure frequent connections with La Fata. |
