Rigoletto: At 53 square metres, it is the smallest of all the apartments. However, it is also the best place for couples to spend a romantic holiday in the Tuscan hills. Rigoletto comprises: a lovely kitchen with vaulted ceiling containing a sofabed, double bedroom and marble bathroom with shower and WC.

Turandot: It is located on the ground floor and covers around 90 square metres. It has a separate entrance to its own covered terrace facing the swimming pool. Turandot comprises: a large kitchen with fireplace and sofabed, one twin-bedded room with en suite bathroom converted from the former fireplace, two twin-bedded rooms with access out onto the garden, and a marble bathroom with double shower.

Boheme: An apartment of about 90 square metres on the ground floor facing the garden and swimming pool. “Bohème” comprises: living room with sofa bed, kitchen on a raised floor, twin-bedded bedroom with bathroom and access out to the garden and swimming pool, small corridor with bathroom, large bedroom with an arch and windows in the original stonework providing views of the towers of Volterra.

Butterfly: It is different from all the others in that it has been created from a barn next to Casa d' Era . It covers about 80 square metres on the ground floor and it has access to the garden with views over the “balze” of Volterra. It comprises: kitchen with sofabed, 2 twin-bedded rooms, one single room and 2 bathrooms.

Traviata: It is one of the largest, measuring about 103 square metres. It is unusual in that it is set out on three levels. On the ground floor is the kitchen with sofabed and a bathroom; on the first floor are a double bedroom, a bathroom and a twin-bedded room. A wooden staircase leads to a mansard section with two single beds and a platform facing onto the stairwell. From the mansard rooms there are wonderful views of the Tuscan countryside.

Tosca: An apartment of about 90 square metres on the first floor overlooking the swimming pool. Private entrance on period stone staircase dating from 1879. The apartment comprises: large kitchen with fireplace and sofabed, 3 light, airy twin-bedded rooms and 3 bathrooms in Carrara marble, two of which are en suite.The apartment can be rented without one bedroom and one bathroom.

Nabucco: This apartment, of about 80 square metres, is situated on the first floor. Access is via a private entrance and a stone staircase. The apartment has a spacious kitchen with fireplace and sofabed, a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom with shower and WC. The two bedrooms face the swimming pool area and provide fantastic views of the valley below and Volterra.

Aida: It is the largest of all, at 107 metres. Like Traviata, it is set out on three levels. The ground floor contains a large kitchen with sofabed, lobby and bathroom with double shower in granite. On the first floor are a double bedroom, a twin-bedded room and a bathroom. A wooden staircase leads to an attic section converted from the old pigeon loft with two single beds. The window provides views of the town of Lajatico .
